THERAPY FOR BURNOUT
for folks working in social change

You're drained and exhausted.
You're resting and sleeping but you still feel depleted. You've lost motivation and just don't feel like yourself. You want more joy and balance in your life. But, when you consider scaling back on things you feel guilty. And stuck.
What is burnout?
Symptoms of burnout include -
-
exhaustion
-
irritability
-
cynicism | hopelessness
-
compassion fatigue
-
struggling to rest
-
social withdrawal
-
increased screen time, shifts in eating habits, increased alcohol or substance use
-
increased somatic symptoms like headaches, stomach aches, trouble falling and staying asleep

How I can help.
Therapy for burnout can help by identifying how your burnout {and possible anxiety} symptoms are showing up physically. We'll take note of the beliefs and thoughts alongside them. We'll identify and integrate somatic resources tailored specifically for you. We do this alongside talk therapy until you're feeling relief of your symptoms and more like your your pre-burnout self.
